STOP LOSS RECOVERY

Are all your stop loss claims paid?

A significant time lag exists between the date of service and when the claim is processed by your TPA or carrier. For this reason, it’s typical that only 85% of your large loss claims be considered by your stop loss carrier. This 15% of unpaid stop loss claims can add up to tens of thousands of dollars.

RiskFäktor has a solution to ensure that at least 98% of your outstanding excess liability is found and processed by your stop loss carrier.

A prospective specific/individual policy is required and you must engage with RiskFäktor 90 days before the end of your insurance contractual period on either a fee-for-service or percentage of savings basis. Savings can be significant:

DEPENDENT ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION / DEVA


Companies with high employee turnover continuously expose themselves to the erroneously enrolling of ineligible dependents that could reach as high as 11% of total enrollment.

If your organization has more than 500 employees and dependents on your benefits plans, then you run the risk of paying much more in the form of claims and premiums than you should be.

RiskFäktor has conducted several dependent eligibility verification audits/DEVAs for large companies that have uncovered millions of dollars in unnecessary risk exposures.

We can conduct a preliminary assessment of your benefits plans that can identify the potential for ineligible dependents today. If you agree with our initial analysis, we can then move into a complete DEVA.

ANNUAL FEE DISCLOSURE


RiskFäktor provides full fee transparency on an annual basis.

While we prefer to operate on a monthly fee-for-service basis, RiskFäktor may also accept other forms of compensation such as premium commissions. Regardless of compensation method, RiskFäktor will provide you with an annual statement of income to maintain absolute fiscal transparency.

RiskFäktor will not accept compensation that has not been fully communicated to its clientele such as insurance carrier overrides, gifts of significant value or cash bonuses.
